Original Byrd Man Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 While I think they are a little over zealous, I think back to when we drafted WM. There was a great deal of excitement as well. This deal may work out well for both parties if Willis returns to the back he was 3 years ago. I don't know what happened to him but he just wasn't here. I still remember that straight arm. It was lethal!!! and then it disappeared as did his effort. But it's time to move on. GO Buffalo!
mary owen Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 yeah, it's hard to stiff-arm when the defender knows which hole to hit before the runner does... Billy Joe McGahee
Jack D. Ripper Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 WM is a good back but I don't see him as an up grade over JL. I think we are going to miss him this year. All the dancing aside, WM was still the best back on the roster and C. Brown / C Dillon is no upgrade IMHO. I Hope Lynch is available at #12.
