Man, this board is laughable. Everyone wants a link or a confirmation. What, to some website that has the same info that 99.9% of time turns out to be BS anyway? The link doesn't make it happen so where is the importance, especially when it's something like this? I can understand a signing or a cut, but a discussion? Get a grip.

 

This entire board is a fantasy where people make stupid comments, idiotic trade ideas and have hypothetical discussions about possibilities. Why are rumored discussion somehow held to a higher standard?

I find it ironic you are telling us to get a grip when asking for a link when you yourself are acting like a crazed fool with this post.

Backing up a claim with confirmation is a ridiculous idea. I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume you never wrote a paper in college....

Agreed. Who knows, maybe the Titans swoop in and offer their 2nd. If they're expressing interest, it's with the knowledge of what, generally speaking, the Bills and Ravens deal is about. They just might be offering more or better.

Didn't they just draft White in the 2nd round last year? This move won't make a lot of sense unless they don't think White is the answer already.

Or maybe they're smart and are bringing in other teams' cast-offs to be their backup running back.

 

How do you know they don't want McGahee to be a 3rd down specialist?

If this were to happen I can think of few things I would look forward to more than thinking about Willis and Pacman rolling down Ol Hickory Boulevard in an escalade with a garbage bag containing 81 Grand on their way to pick up Albert Haynesworth

What would be more preferred? The Ravens 2nd in '07 and 5th in '08 or the Titans 3rd in '07 and 4th in '08?

 

I'd much rather have Ravens' picks. There are usually three tiers of players in a draft:

 

1) The top 8-12 prospects

2) The next 50-75

3) Everyone else

 

The Ravens' 2nd round pick is more likely to net a player from tier 2 than the Titans 3rd rounder, while the difference between a 4th and 5th round player usually isn't much.
