DrDawkinstein Posted March 5, 2007 Share Posted March 5, 2007 the 49ers are the new Redskins. ill give respect to the owners in that, they are trying to show everyone(from the front office to the fans on message boards) that they care about winning again and are willing to take drastic measures to get there. however, i think that after all the dust settles and the smoke clears from their huge offseason "flash-bang" show, they will still be drafting in the top half of the draft next year. the only thing they have going for them is that there isnt a really dominant team in their division, and with the right couples of guys and a 8-8 record they can win the NFC West and make the playoffs... good luck to them though. with the 49ers all the way in the NFC West, ive never had a problem with them and they seemed like a real classy organization back in the 80s when i was growing up...
