Frez Posted October 11, 2004 Posted October 11, 2004 Is it fair to say now our problems were not with Kevin Glibride? Maybe there's something else seriously wrong with our offense?
dave mcbride Posted October 11, 2004 Posted October 11, 2004 Is it fair to say now our problems were not with Kevin Glibride? Maybe there's something else seriously wrong with our offense? 65552 no, frez, you must always, always blame the coaches. dan henning was a terrible coach. joe pendry was a horrible coach. bresnahan was a horrible coach. mike sheppard was a horrible coach (actually, he was). gilbride was a horrible coach. clements will very soon be deemed a horrible coach. it's never the talent.
Rico Posted October 11, 2004 Posted October 11, 2004 No. Gilbride was right, the only way to be competitive with Drew is to open up the passing game. But Moulds injury, + Reed, MW, & Pucillo's suckitude, + no real TE + Bledsoe's decline killed him last year in Buffalo.

I wonder why they've failed to improve under McNally, and the other two OL coaches they had in between.
HarkinBanks Posted October 11, 2004 Posted October 11, 2004 hmmmmm....isn't Gilbride with the 4-1 NY Giants this year?
IDBillzFan Posted October 11, 2004 Posted October 11, 2004 hmmmmm....isn't Gilbride with the 4-1 NY Giants this year? 65618 Apparently working for a coach who actually TELLS him what to do.
Frez Posted October 11, 2004 Author Posted October 11, 2004 hmmmmm....isn't Gilbride with the 4-1 NY Giants this year? 65618 Yes, he's the QB coach. The Giants offensive line is much improved this year. Jim McNally was their guy last year.
