LevysEraII Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 Texans announce they will cut Moulds, 1 year 57 catches, 567 yds, 1TD( The first drive and first TD of the season) Anyone willing to bet he'll be in the AFC East next year? Maybe the Pats. Maybe the Fins.
ROCCEO Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 I bet marv signs him a la peerless or he retires.

In space no one can hear Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 That Marv Levy is truly a Master Poker Player!!

ganesh Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 I dont really believe his career is over he was on a bad team with a bad offense. The very same offense that had Johsnon to make 100 catches and go to the pro-bowl
K-Gun10 Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 The very same offense that had Johsnon to make 100 catches and go to the pro-bowl 80% percent of those passes went his way. Carr looked at no one else.
billfan63 Posted February 28, 2007 Author Posted February 28, 2007 I dont really believe his career is over he was on a bad team with a bad offense. Bad team, bad offense, so-so QB, but no pressure on him, Andre Johnson was double teamed all year, Moulds saw single coverage.
Brandon Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 I wouldn't bring him back. He'll be 34 in July and has averaged only 10 yards per catch the last two seasons. Maybe the offenses he's played in haven't helped him, but at his age, its more likely that he has lost a step or three. I think he's done and probably should have retired a season ago.
K-Gun10 Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 I know what you guys are saying im saying i dont believe moulds is done.
Swift Sylvan Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 I know what you guys are saying im saying i dont believe moulds is done. Assuming he'd want to come back to begin with
ROCCEO Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 ON the cheap hed be our great signing as Moulds is not a bad jump ball guy/ muscle possession guy. We have those who can stretch the field, so having lost a step isnt a big deal its just a matter of if moulds can recognize this, but continue to work hard and adjust his game accordingly.

Thats about right. Could be a nice possession WR and good blocker. Could also school the youngins and retire a Bill at the same time.

Max997 Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 I wouldnt mind seeing Moulds back but I doubt it happens his career is obviously on the downside but you cant put the blame completely on him for those numbers playing on the Texans and with David Carr
