Think a little non-tampering is in order to get him to come to Buffalo instead? And if marv spends the time and money to sign this guy, what other position of need takes the hit? Do they take some money from the budget for a DT or CB so they could get a slight improvement at Centre? Right now they are not at a point where they need to look for improvements in positions that are not big needs.
