Alaska Darin
These guys just never cease to amaze me. They have every reason to fold their tents tonight, yet the exact opposite has happened.

apuszczalowski
These guys just never cease to amaze me. They have every reason to fold their tents tonight, yet the exact opposite has happened. why would you fold up your tents against the Leafs, other then the Flyers, the Sabres get to tee up all night and let some minor leaguers show the Leafs and their fans that they would have problems playing in the AHL. Chilly
Spacek, Afinogenov, Gaustad, Connolly, Drury, Kotalik, Briere, Zubrus and Paille all out of the lineup, and the Sabres win 6-1. Amazing.

Alaska Darin
Hardest Working team in Hockey That'd be Calgary. We're just really talented and can win even when completely disinterested.

theNose76
I don't know much about Rob Gillies, AP writer, but I do know what the 3 segments of a hockey game are called: from the Game Recap: Fans booed the Maple Leafs at the end of the second quarter and at the final horn. Simon
why would you fold up your tents against the Leafs, Those guys are players not fans, and they don't give a crap about a weak Toronto team the way we do. That was set up as a perfect let down game the minute after the Sens fiasco. And they still came out and utterly destroyed the Mepple Liffs. Lurker
That'd be Calgary. We're just really talented and can win even when completely disinterested. Miller kept them in early before the Laffs ran out of gas (3 games in 4 nights). If the Sabres can do it again Saturday after playing Montreal the night before (Toronto plays Friday as well), then I think we'll have a better handle on how the kids are fairing. Chef Jim
"We're sad to see Marty go today but everyone expected it," Hecht said. "The trades didn't give us a lift today, but once Dainius gets here we'll be a better team." Hard to imagine this team being any better. But this is sure exciting. And getting injured players back for the playoffs will be sweet!
