Nash dies after charity basketball gameSat, 24 Feb 2007 19:31:39 -0800 Bill Williamson, of the Denver Post, reports Denver Broncos RB Damien Nash died Saturday, Feb. 24, after a charity basketball game, according to his agent David Canter. UConn James Posted February 25, 2007 Share Posted February 25, 2007 He was playing at his brother's charity game (his brother had a heart transplant not long ago). In situations like this coming w/o warning when someone had just been doing something physical beforehand, it often seems to be heart-related.... The Broncos organization has been hit hard. Look at the Vikings with Korey Stringer's death --- it really collapsed what had been a team most people thought would compete for the SB. So sad.
