The images will be viewed by another officer who will be about 50 feet away and won't see the passenger. combined with the fact that they will not release the criteria for who gets a second check and you can draw the obvious logical conclusion.... Completely unrelated, what's with all of these freakin' news sites going to video? I clicked on the image to see a larger picture and it started loading a damn video.
