I saw this last week or so ... Reed did very poorly unfortunately. Both Joe's beat him in the foot race.
I am crying inside.

It's sad to see how a great player and Buffalo fan hero like Andre can suddenly lose all his gifts of talent and speed in just a few years. It's sad. Well that's life.

This is not surprising at all. As great as Andre was, he was never known as a "burner" as far as straight line speed goes. AR's gift was RAC, which iI think you'd agree is not all about speed.

I agree. It's also strength.

Reed is/was strong buty I think most of his RAC came from knowing how to operate in space.

...and he dropped several passes that were right in his hands.

The Joes had a 10 yard running head start on a 50 yard sprint. Anybody would win that foot race.

Why'd they have him do sprints?

Did they also have the Joes cover him on the field? I saw one with dickhead M. Irvin and he absolutely toasted the guys on every pattern.

Honestly, they screwed Reed in his competitions. He had one where he ran patterns on guys, but they only gave him about a quarter of the space Irvin had. I was really wierd.
