Esther Tognozzi of Esther's Haircutting Studio in Tarzana, California, is hawking the high-priced hairball - along with the pop princess' leftover Red Bull energy drink and her blue Bic lighter. A 15 year old girl from Kenmore West organized a fund raiser for cancer patients. She cut off her hair to make wigs and raised a lot of money for charity.
