Wayne Kingwell of Fort Erie told police he wanted to enter the U-S to pay his credit card bill so he could avoid a fee he claims would have been assessed on his payment if made in Canada. Who hasn't done this...
ieatcrayonz Posted February 6, 2007 Posted February 6, 2007 This happens every day with Canadians flowing over our borders. This only made the news because of the lame excuse. We should stop ignoring this problem and build the fence.
