RayFinkle Posted February 6, 2007 Share Posted February 6, 2007 Buffalo, NY (WBEN) - A Canadian man who told authorities he wanted to avoid a fee on his credit card bill, tried to enter the U-S on a raft across the frigid Niagara River. Wayne Kingwell of Fort Erie told police he wanted to enter the U-S to pay his credit card bill so he could avoid a fee he claims would have been assessed on his payment if made in Canada.
