Wow Ken really had a sad life after baseball. It is tragic. He was an addict that was very self destructive. All that natural ability and talent wasted. I am sure ESPN will shed light on it. From what I am reading Ken was just released from jail on 5 days ago(October 5) after serving 189 days on drug charges-

Wow.  The guy was only 41... he died of a heart attack.  Life is too short! <_<

Sad. That really hit home since I turned 41, myself, on Sunday.

The guy should be a poster boy for what can happen when you shoot up on steriods and turn to drugs. I have a feeling we're going to be seeing more of this in the next decade as these guys hit middle age...
