agilen Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 I'm sorry, but I don't understand why you guys didn't like the Connectile Dysfunction ad. The entire room was rolling at the party I was at. That and the rock paper scissors ads were the best.
The Poojer Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 the best i thought was letterman and oprah!!! friggin classic, i expected rosie and the donald after that!!!! the best commercials were on the doritos site!!! Back from roadwork and continuing the dubious tradition with a big plate of slimy nachos... 6:35pm: 1) Bud LIGHT Rock-Paper-Scissors. The first good Bud Light ad I've seen in a while. 2) Doritos Clumsy. She was hot though. 3) Blockbuster Movies with rodents. Meh. Don't do cute during a football game. 4) Katie Communic, and Prince.
Mark Vader Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 I thought the correctile dysfunction was a clever ad. The rock-paper-scissors was amusing, but not the best of the night. Aside from the beard comb-over, the Sierra Mist commercials were weak. The first Doritos commercial with the guy in the car and the woman walking down the road was hilarious. I really liked the GM robot. The mourning fans in the NFL commercial was great, but the first NFL commercial with Martha Stewart & Janet Reno? The stray dog budweiser commercial was good. The bud select commercial was cool with the football video game, but having Don Shula lose to Jay-Z is just plain wrong. No exciting movie trailers. Overall a weak year for the SB commercials.
Mark Vader Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 9:38pm 1) Hannibal Rising. Thank goodness for this ad or I would never have known about this movie 2) This must be another one of those stupid careerbuilder.com survivor ads. Yup. Ahem http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showtopic=59230
aussiew Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 I missed "It's hard to say goodbye" Does anyone know where I might be able to see it? That was the one that the Bills fan submittied for the nfl.com contest right?
Oneonta Buffalo Fan Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 1) Bud LIGHT Rock-Paper-Scissors. The first good Bud Light ad I've seen in a while. BEST ONE THIS YEAR!
Nanker Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 I missed "It's hard to say goodbye" Does anyone know where I might be able to see it? That was the one that the Bills fan submittied for the nfl.com contest right? I think they screwed it up, but it's probably one of the best of an extremely weak lineup of SB commercials. Gino's Ad. I don't care to see any of them again, some of them were hideous.

/dev/null Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 Bud is the King of Crabs? Why not? I'm sure beer has helped somee people spread them
loadofmularkey Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 So far, the best thing I've seen during a commercial break has not been a commercial, but the Late Show promo with Dave in a Peyton Manning jersey...and Oprah in an orange Urlacher jersey, with Dave's arm around her. "Honey, don't talk with your mouth full." Agree. Hands-down the best ad (promo) of the night.
pkwwjd Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 Did anyone else want to see a follow up to the Sierra Mist Karate Class. I wanted to see the instructor thrash one of the students when they tried to take the Mist. Without that non-existant ending, the was a lame commercial.
Marshmallow Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 1) Bud LIGHT Rock-Paper-Scissors. The first good Bud Light ad I've seen in a while. BEST ONE THIS YEAR! It was even better when it was a Sprint commercial last super bowl!!!
