KD in CA Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 I left those alone because I wanted to see what our TOY would come back with. Thanks for piling on! 67776 I'm just here to help.
VABills Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 Teacher of the Year? With a college degree one ought to know the difference between "you're" and "your". 67486 Now you know why my child goes to a private school in Virginia. If this is a teacher of the year candidate I will take my chances outside of the public school system.
EndZoneCrew Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 Teacher of the Year? With a college degree one ought to know the difference between "you're" and "your". 67486 There's always an a-hole in every group....let me guess you were the nerd in class who always pointed out every mistake your teacher made?
Alaska Darin Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 There's always an a-hole in every group....let me guess you were the nerd in class who always pointed out every mistake your teacher made? 68132 [buzzer] Sorry Hans, wrong guess. I was the class clown before adulthood robbed me of most of my humor. You were right about one thing. I am an ass hole.

Alaska Darin Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 I agree with both statements. You are a clown and an as-s-hole. 68146 Takes one to know one, Jarhead.
nobody Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 Teacher of the Year? With a college degree one ought to know the difference between "you're" and "your". 67486 He is a Physical Education teacher after all - not an English teacher.
VABills Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 You need a friend! You must be a very lonely, sad, miserable person to spend your day ridiculing everyone. Your history of posts on this rant board speaks for itself. 8 posts a day talking about government and grammar issues and this is a Bills rant board. Your the only person who has a history of this with previous posts to prove it. Too funny!! 68164 Yeah smurf boy, stop picking on the jarhead or the PE teacher will get you.
BRH Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 Can we get back to talking about sorority girls on teeter-totters?
Griswold Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 Crud. I see "sorority" in the topic, and that there are 30 posts... I figure that will be some good reading. I open it to find chain rant about grammar. What a let down! We need more sorority topics! I'd add, but the ones at RIT didn't leave me with any memorable experiences.

If you're going to use "YOU ARE" in a sentence, you need to use "you're", not "your". For a teacher you don't learn very quickly. You can keep posting the same things you're (note the proper usage) PMing me with, but it doesn't make it any more sensible (nor original). There is a Politics board on this website, which many people post on. It is not a football "rant" board. Apparently that is a difficult thing to understand - especially for a "Teacher of the Year" who has a degree from SUNY Cortland.

jester43 Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 Can we get back to talking about sorority girls on teeter-totters? 68207 yeah really...this was such a happy thread when it started!

Too funny!! 68164 He makes one comment, and you spend several threads continuing to discuss it and attack him. He corrected your grammar. BFD! Now Darin mentioned that you PM'ed him about it, along with you posting several posts about it. Here is a thought: GET OVER IT!! Let it go, and the issue will die, but it is obvious that you are purposely trying to keep it alive. Why? It just shows that you are a petty. miserable person (funny, that is exactly what you are accusing Darin of being). Like I said, get over it and move on. And Darin, if you correct any spelling or grammar in this post, then :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: . Maybe both of you need to get a life.
_BiB_ Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 Is this the petty miserable person thread? I'm a petty miserable person. I'm also a mega-****. Can I play?
rockpile Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 yeah really...this was such a happy thread when it started! 68241 Kinda resembles a Bills game. Oh stevestojan, "kinda" is not a word. That is OK, I went to Geneseo State in the early 70's, majored in Pinochle and Euchre, before dropping out to hitch hike (is that one word or two?) around the northeast (is that one word or two?). Is ass clown one word or two; should it have a hyphen? LIGHTEN UP! Thanks to Denis (yeah, only ONE "n") Leary for the snippet: I'm just a regular Joe with a regular job I'm your average white suburbanite slob I like football and porno and books about war I've got an average house with a nice hardwood floor My wife and my job My kids and my car My feet on my table And a cuban cigar But sometimes that just ain't enough To keep a man like me interested (oh no) Uh-uh (no way) No, I've gotta go out and have fun At someone else's expense I'm an !@#$....
