BUFFALOTONE Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 I need the help of some resident geniuses. I have googled this question to death and searched every link only to come up with squat. There is a radio contest in South Florida going on, if you get 4 Super Bowl related question correct in a row you get 2 tickets to the game. So far I am stumped on this one, here it is: Who was the first player to take a knee in the Super Bowl at the end of the game? Only serious responses please. Thanks all. I got the first 2 and got stumped here.

nick in* england Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 Superbowl XI - 1976 Oakland 32 - Minnesota 14 48 1–10 QB Mike Rae knelt down, loss of 2 (after recovering the onside kick with :25 remaining). Maddens Raiders win the Superbowl. I'm free Super Sunday if you want to offload the 2nd ticket.
