Systems Administrator - Washington Redskins (Washington, DC) The Washington Redskins are seeking a dedicated IT Professional to join our IT Staff as a Systems Administrator. This position will be based at both our corporate headquarters in Ashburn, VA, and especially, during the NFL football season, at FedExField in Landover, MD. Qualifications must include: Minimum 2 years experience with Windows Workstation & Server required. Bachelor's degree with concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering preferred. Industry recognized IT Certifications are preferred. Experience in Hardware/Software support, configuration, and installation for PC and MAC. Experience with Windows LAN Administration. Prefer candidate to have experience in SharePoint, POS Administration, Requirements analysis and Systems with a MS/Cisco environment. Must have experience with switching and routing equipment and have supported a Windows 2000/2003 server environment. Have the ability to handle a wide variety of IT Projects and responsibilities. Excellent organization and communication skills are a must. Individual must be highly dependable, analytical, and detail-oriented. Individual must be able to accomodate the flexible, dynamic schedule of a professional sports team. Job Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Provide regular maintenance and administration of the servers on the company network. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues. Install software to client configuration and interface with users. Researches, orders and deploys new equipment as necessary. Assists in game day preparations and testing, as well as game day support for various systems. Plan for deployment of new hardware and software.
