ThreeBillsDrive Posted January 25, 2007 Posted January 25, 2007 From Head Coach to Offensive Coordinator to Tight-Ends coach(???) in the span of 13 months. A fitting fall for Mr. Gadget Play. At least he got his wish to move back home to Fort Lauderdale after having to endure the "rough" Buffalo press and the "rough ride" his kids endured in school due to his blumbering coaching performance. http://www.phins.com/phorum/read.php?2,4920 Fins fans, enjoy him because he's your problem now.
In space no one can hear Posted January 25, 2007 Posted January 25, 2007 Remember when Mularkey's "password" for everything was Super Bowl? He has officially changed it to dumb ass............ I'm sure Randy McMicheal will benefit greatly from his wisdom....yeah right.......
Fan in San Diego Posted January 25, 2007 Posted January 25, 2007 The Raiders and Dallas who are desparate for a HC are not even giving MM a sniff. Shows you how bad he really was. Quite a humbling fall for MM.

Hey, they are not even showing a sniff to some of the better coordinators like Wade Phillps, Russ Grimm, Mike Sherman etc....why bother with some one who quit on his team.
Jack D. Ripper Posted January 25, 2007 Posted January 25, 2007 He'll be coaching the beer vendors by mid season. "If the customer is more than two seats in from the aisle, go ahead and throw it.." What a pud knocker.
tennesseeboy Posted January 25, 2007 Posted January 25, 2007 Geez...I'll be interested in seeing how the tight ends play at Miami next year. What on EARTH do the dolphins see in this guy to warrant keeping him coaching ANYONE?
BillsFan Trapped in Pats Land Posted January 25, 2007 Posted January 25, 2007 From Head Coach to Offensive Coordinator to Tight-Ends coach(???) in the span of 13 months. A fitting fall for Mr. Gadget Play. I would come up with a pithy joke, but unfortunately this has been my career path.
crazyDingo Posted January 25, 2007 Posted January 25, 2007 You will all be sorry when the Patented Reverse-Fleaflicker-Fake-Punt-Timeout vaults their tight ends into the Pro Bowl!
generaLee83 Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 You will all be sorry when the Patented Reverse-Fleaflicker-Fake-Punt-Timeout vaults their tight ends into the Pro Bowl! okay Dingo that's fine but you left a major facet of that play out in your thoughts, the double fake spike-fake fumble then real fumble shortly recovered thereafter followed by an intentional interception with a forced fumble in the endzone. I swear it worked in practice every freaking time. like duh!!! seriously, some people.

Ray Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 Great pick Donahoe!!! Shows you how much the rest of the league thinks of him as a head coach. Hey, nice guy, a bit of a meathead and should be an OC (at best) and that's it.
Astrobot Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 The best way to coach a tight end is Immodium, not Mularkey.
Albany,n.y. Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 Geez...I'll be interested in seeing how the tight ends play at Miami next year. What on EARTH do the dolphins see in this guy to warrant keeping him coaching ANYONE? He's under contract & they have to pay him. So rather than give him a few million $ over the next 2 years, they are 1-Making him work for his salary & 2-Saving $ on another assistant they don't have to hire.
