2003 Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 Unfortunately, they are far from done........ ....Just when I was about run around my neighborhood waving my Bills flag joyously....
Rayzer32 Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 Unfortunately, they are far from done........ Who gives a f@#k. They are done this year and that's all I care about right now.
justnzane Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 Who gives a f@#k. They are done this year and that's all I care about right now. amen to that brother
ThreeBillsDrive Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 Who gives a f@#k. They are done this year and that's all I care about right now. Exactly! Couldn't say it better myself.
Bills_Chick Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 potentially 3 first round picks if they tag and trade Asante Samuel....
Indy Dave Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 You're right...they aren't going anywhere. Hopefully they continue to be a bit greedy with their money. That will help a little.
SchobelForcedFumble Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 How about low first round pick and about 40 mil under the cap... Who cares about the Pats. I think next year they will be in for a rude wakeup call from the Bills!
OCinBuffalo Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 now all they get are late picks. good. That's the best part - I think it's clear that they need serious help at LB. They are old and have been exposed as such during the last 2 games. The Colts were in comeback mode most of the game but still managed to run for 120+ yards on this D. I just hope that they keep the guys they have due to the "veteran leadership" line of thinking so that we can exploit this next year.
gmac17 Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 listen to www.weei.com tomorrow - it will be the start of the "the patriots are too cheap and we would have won if we had some receivers...." talk. Hopefully it will cause all sorts of ruckus in the clubhouse and media....
MadBuffaloDisease Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 Yes the Pats have a load of money...but on WHOM will they spend it? They've been loathe to dole out big contracts and free agents realize this. Should be interesting to see who wants to play there.
Steven in MD Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 They need help at several positions....LB, CB, WR and TE. Besides, they got their ego bruised, and that could spell a downturn for any team. Brady is no longer the pretty boy for the league and Belichek is not coaching guru (Payton and Mangini are the new breed).

marauderswr80 Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 Pats are not known for being big spenders anyways......
Steven in MD Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 TE? How on earth do you see they need help at TE? Maybe I missed it their formations, look like they only have Watson at TE...am I wrong here (I mean solid TEs).
ganesh Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 potentially 3 first round picks if they tag and trade Asante Samuel.... If they tag Asante, I doubt anyone will come near them....You not only have to pay big money for Samuel...You also would be losing your 1st rounder....I don't see teams throwing things around like that, even the Redskins...
