DrDawkinstein Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 well, now its peyton's game to win or lose...
Acantha Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 And that was blatant PI on Hayden in the endzone. I can't believe they didn't call that. What a badly called game.
Ramius Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 I agree, that was interference. My gawd these announcers are pitiful. Â wow. apparently the refs thought that the pats were on D on that non-call PI.
gobilz Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 well, now its peyton's game to win or lose... Â Peytons legacy right here.
Simon Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 Actually, the first replay they showed it clearly looked to me that he had stepped out first. So I would have challenged, too. Plus, the ball comes loose when he was hit. That's a second thing they could have called back. It ended up that his heel was not out and they gave him the benefit of having possession but it was not a stupid challenge at all. Â I thought every one of the replays I saw showed his feet in the whole time before he jumped and the ball well-secured after the catch. If they review that 100 times, the call on the field stands 100 times. That's what made it stupid. Not to mention you don't piss away time-outs when you're trailing in the later portions of a game.
KD in CA Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 In Sorgi I trust  I can't wait to hear the collective "what the f&^k???" from 80,000 people when he walks on the field.
bills44 Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 Peytons legacy right here. Â Off to a good start.
JimBob2232 Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 Hahaha Clark running like I used to in Techmo Super Bowl
DrDawkinstein Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 i cant believe you guys bought into the announcers saying sorgi would come in
Kelly the Dog Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 I thought every one of the replays I saw showed his feet in the whole time before he jumped and the ball well-secured after the catch. If they review that 100 times, the call on the field stands 100 times. That's what made it stupid. Not to mention you don't piss away time-outs when you're trailing in the later portions of a game. They never showed the first one again. It's also what made the announcers suspect that he was OB first. It definitely looked like it from straight on but when they looked from behind you saw that he was in. But also, they were lining up for the PAT and they couldnt have seen all the angles before they had to make a decision. And the ball is 100% knocked loose for a split second but he snagged it right back immediately.
gobilz Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 Wow, you must be a great teammate. its over for the Pats
loadofmularkey Posted January 22, 2007 Author Posted January 22, 2007 I think at this point, you're pretty much a lock to get on TV if you have a sign that says "In _____________ We Trust"
justnzane Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 i so want to pimp slap phil simms for performing verbal fellatio on tom brady
JimBob2232 Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 Yep. This is where brady marches down the field...eats almost all the clock, and they get a FG
