I think this is a credit to Brian Billick the coach. It shows this guy is not a system coach that shoehorns his players into the only established system he knows. This guy takes what he has on his roster and develops formulates the best plan of attack, based on personnel that will win games. This is how to be successful in the NFL. Coaches always emphasize their philosophies on the game of football, but it takes a real genius to push his philosophy aside in favor of a system that suits the unique talents he has on his roster.
