millbank Posted January 13, 2007 Posted January 13, 2007 Michael Strahan A judge sacked Michael Strahan’s bank account Friday, ordering the Giants defensive end to pay his ex-wife Jean a whopping $15.3 million, plus hundreds of thousands in child support, as part of their divorce, according to a decision released today. Essex County New Jersey Judge James Convery blasted Strahan in the written ruling, saying that the arguments he gave to get out of paying up lacked "any credible evidence." Convery held the gapped toothed-grid great to the letter of a pre nuptial agreement he signed with his wife, in which he agreed to pay her 20-percent of his assets for each year of their marriage and give her half of his total assets. -Yikes....
KD in CA Posted January 13, 2007 Posted January 13, 2007 Uh....so what exactly was the point of the pre-nup? Just to completely ensure he got screwed??? Nice going Michael. Give a big 'atty-boy' to your attorney!
MartyBall4Buffalo Posted January 13, 2007 Posted January 13, 2007 Strahan could learn a lesson from Willis and pay his child support and he wouldn't have these problems
