RunTheBall Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 Lawsuit against Disney in 3......2.....1..... RTB
Pete Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 My buddy is down in Disney now with his family and he has a young son who is a handfull- I was releived when I checked the name and it was not him
stuckincincy Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 Tigger did not smack the kid. It was obvious that Daddy was angling for a lawsuit, and that idiot kid saying he's still hurting really deserves a whack.
Beerball Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 Tigger did not smack the kid. It was obvious that Daddy was angling for a lawsuit, and that idiot kid saying he's still hurting really deserves a whack. How old was that 'kid' anyway? If that family gets one cent out of Disney it will be too much.
The Poojer Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 when i first went to disney world in the mid 70's i remember being "hit" by Mickey Mouse...but I also remember previous to that, I was banging on Mickey's head...so I guess I deserved it...of course back then we didn't sue for getting looked at cross-eyed http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070108/ap_on_...igger_trouble_7
shrader Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 Just wait until this kid goes back to school and gets torn apart by every single person who saw this story. This kid is labeled for life now. Will it be worth the money they get out of this (if any)?
ieatcrayonz Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 If you doofusses read the story you would discover that it was not really Tigger that did this. It was some guy dressed up like him.
RayFinkle Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 Tigger could be messing up the kids hair or playfully pushing him. Did you ever see the size of the hands on those costumes? Give me a break. They probably saw the picture and thought PAYDAY!

They probably saw the picture and thought PAYDAY! There's a video too. It was a hit. Not that I don't think the kid probably deserved it, but the father is saying that is was unprovoked. Like suddenly this guy is going to just hit some kid for no reason while he KNOWS there's cameras on him.
WWVaBeach Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 If you doofusses read the story you would discover that it was not really Tigger that did this. It was some guy dressed up like him. That had me laughing out loud in my office. People stopped in to see what was so funny. Very good!
IDBillzFan Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 Wow. Now THAT is the wonderful thing about Tiggers...
stinky finger Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 Wow. Now THAT is the wonderful thing about Tiggers... ......their tops are made outta rubber, their tops are made outta springs!!

Like suddenly this guy is going to just hit some kid for no reason while he KNOWS there's cameras on him. I had read somewhere else that the kid was pulling on the back of the costume, essentially choking the guy inside. I don't know if that came from an official source or if it was a guess.
ACor58 Posted January 8, 2007 Author Posted January 8, 2007 I had read somewhere else that the kid was pulling on the back of the costume, essentially choking the guy inside. I don't know if that came from an official source or if it was a guess. I doubt very highly that it was unprovoked. That kids father is lucky that Poo and Piglet didn't come over and bust his head in.
justnzane Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 In 2004 a Walt Disney World employee dressed as Tigger was accused of touching the breast of a 13-year-old girl while she posed with him for a photo. A jury found the man not guilty. So i guess Tigger has a record.
crackur Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 So i guess Tigger has a record. different guy but the kid was hitting him and wrestling around on him.........it look more like a slow playfully hit/punch like you do when u play wrestle
