KD in CA Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 You can take the player out of Miami, but you can't take the Miami out of the player. No more draft picks from Thug U please.
Peter Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 Weren't you the one who frowned upon Moulds for the same thing? Does this change your feelings towards your boy Wilis? No. Actually, I was a big defender of Moulds when people on this board were siding with Mularkey in his dispute with EM. As an aside, some of the comments in this string kind of remind me of that line in Casablanca about being shocked that gambling is taking place. Professional athletes have a habit of attracting a lot of women. Big surprise. Also not surprising, there are a lot of professional athletes that have kids by women to whom they are not married. The NBA is famous for this. Even Larry Bird has a daughter by a "Baby Mama" to use today's terminology. In fact, there was an SI article about this a few years back. At the time, I think Larry Bird had not even met his daughter and apparently had no interest in doing so. There are also guys like Evander Holyfield who had everyone believing how religious he was. I think that I heard that he had multiple children from various women. As for WM, it sounds like he is taking responsibility for his actions.
Tcali Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/news/...ts/16401750.htm Father knows best? A third paternity suit was filed against Willis McGahee, 25, Buffalo Bills running back and former University of Miami Hurricane. Keisha Walls, 27, an elementary school teacher, says McGahee is the father of son Kai Walls, born April 19, 2006. Chiniqua Smith, 26, also a teacher, says McGahee is the father of Willis McGahee IV, born Jan. 6, 2006. Dorothy Doretha McNeil, 29, sued McGahee in 2005, saying he fathered daughter Bria McGahee, born Jan. 17 of that year. Somebody needs to sit down with Willis and explain the finer points of the birds and the bees. --Oh great---another one of 'those' guys whose gonna end up fathering 37 kids. Lets hope they dont also get the U of M football education(=illiterate)
gmac17 Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 and the nfl really tries to teach these guys how much they f things through this kind of stuff. not enough of them listen....
keepthefaith Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 You can take the player out of Miami, but you can't take the Miami out of the player. No more draft picks from Thug U please. This explains why he is absent from the off-season activities in Buffalo. Too big a party down in Miami.
bdelma Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 A Character guy, How long until Marv says see ya, Can't have that type of player on this team.
dave mcbride Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 A Character guy, How long until Marv says see ya, Can't have that type of player on this team. yeah, just like bennett and leonard smith.
Lurker Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 A Character guy, How long until Marv says see ya, Can't have that type of player on this team. When Marv talks about character, he means on the football field...not between the sheets.
jester43 Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 When Marv talks about character, he means on the football field...not between the sheets. still waitin' for willis to show that on a consistent basis as well.
clumping platelets Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 . . . and some of you guys have claimed that he is not producing.
apuszczalowski Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 A Character guy, How long until Marv says see ya, Can't have that type of player on this team. Yeah, he is a horrible human being, he has 3 children with 3 different woman He can't be a character guy, especially with all those suspensions, drug use and arrests he has had Who cares how many kids the guy has, its not like he is the only one in the world who has multiple children with multiple women. Does it say if he takes care of those children when they are proven to be his? Last offseason there were guys with drug problems, previous arrests and actual character issues everyone was begging for in the draft, Willis plays average on the field and because he has a couple kids with a couple women, he should be released because he isn't a character guy

marauderswr80 Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 Geez, WM, wear a condom! Those dont always work.......TRUST ME ON THIS OK!!!!!!!!!! LOL.....
Lurker Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 still waitin' for willis to show that on a consistent basis as well. Agreed. I don't care if he's latex-intolerant...just hit the damn hole (LOS, that is) harder.
C.Biscuit97 Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 I'm shocked actually. I figured Willis would just dance around the hole but never actually penetrate it.
MrB1onde Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 From today's Miami Herald: TRIPLE TAKE Bills' McGahee appears to be a real baby boomer Father knows best? A third paternity suit has been filed against Willis McGahee, 25, the Bills running back and former Miami Hurricane. Keisha Walls, 27, an elementary school teacher, says McGahee is the father of son Kai Walls, born April 19, 2006. McGahee also fathered Willis McGahee IV, born Jan. 6, 2006, to Chiniqua Smith, 26. And he fathered Bria McGahee, a daughter born Jan. 17, 2005, to Dorothy Doretha McNeil, 29. In the cases of Smith and McNeil, McGahee has been declared the biological father and is paying support. "He's an honorable person," says McGahee's attorney, Howard Rudolph. In Walls' case, the paternity issue has yet to be resolved. Walls met McGahee in Miami during a college break. In October 2003 she married Devino Walls, but she was estranged from him when Kai was conceived, she says. Her husband took a paternity test, which she said was negative. Says Walls: "I don't sleep around. It was Willis." The Wallses are now in divorce court. No wonder he wants a new contract; at this rate, he'll be putting a basketball team through college!
Peter Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 There has not been one post about Willis in the past week.
marauderswr80 Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 yeah its been posted........owell, we all have double posted things.
