obie_wan Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 Almost feel for MM in that he will probably loose his second job in 2 years. Even if Saban had not quit, he may have been gone as there was a lot of anti-MM among Dolfans. Say Cowher quits the Steelers, and goes to Miami, that could save MM given their history together Not likely since Cowher was about to fire Meathead before TD snatched him up and overpaid him.
Steven in MD Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 Cowher ain't quitting..... lol good joke. Cowher is as good as gone with one year left on his contract. Since he is already a HC, no other team will be able to sign him for 2007 as a HC. Have to promote him. He wants Holmgren money (~8 mil/yr) and it is just not happening. He will be out of football for the year, then come back and fail wherever he ends up in 2008.

ganesh Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 Yeah---with Fat Pat and the other fat guy on the D line as well as moulds and Evans and a healthy Spikes And it helps when you play the NFC West rather than the NFC North. And next year, we are going to be in a dog fight having to play the AFC North and the NFC East in addition to the AFC East.......all physical teams.
