MadBuffaloDisease Posted December 25, 2006 Posted December 25, 2006 According to NFL.com's "Playoff scenarios," only "Arizona, Cleveland, Detroit, Houston, Miami, Minnesota, Oakland, Tampa Bay and Washington have been eliminated from playoff contention." I assume a Jets win tonight eliminates a bunch of others, but it appears the Bills are still mathematically in it.
Dawgg Posted December 25, 2006 Posted December 25, 2006 It's wrong. The Bills are out. According to NFL.com's "Playoff scenarios," only "Arizona, Cleveland, Detroit, Houston, Miami, Minnesota, Oakland, Tampa Bay and Washington have been eliminated from playoff contention." I assume a Jets win tonight eliminates a bunch of others, but it appears the Bills are still mathematically in it. 877786
RJsackedagain Posted December 25, 2006 Posted December 25, 2006 Afraid to say they've been outted like Jeff Garcia, oh wait, or is Garcia still in????

They don't even want to give us coverage when we are eliminated.
Ozymandius Posted December 25, 2006 Posted December 25, 2006 Are you guys sure? I think we're technically still in it but we would need the Jets to lose twice, including at home to Oakland, among many, many other things. I mean, we're not making the playoffs, but we're also not mathematically eliminated yet, I think.
Ozymandius Posted December 25, 2006 Posted December 25, 2006 Oh wait, I forgot Jax and KC are playing each other. One would have to finish 9-7. Yep, we're toast.

Ozymandius Posted December 25, 2006 Posted December 25, 2006 A tie... 877797 8-7-1 still beats 8-8, I'm afraid.
stuckincincy Posted December 25, 2006 Posted December 25, 2006 8-7-1 still beats 8-8, I'm afraid. 877798 Yep. Not looking up the schedules, I thought for a moment there was a week 16 JAX-NYJ contest. Ozymandius...hmm...anyone for Shelley?
