PJBrown Posted December 24, 2006 Share Posted December 24, 2006 Corny, I know...but I'm drunk so enjoy: 'Twas the Night before the big game: 'twas the night before the big game, and all through the house, not one of our dogs was stirring, nor was my Titan fan spouse Our jerseys were hanging, waiting for the game JP Losman for me, and for Michelle, Vince Young was the name Both 7-7 and the playoffs in sight, the anticipation will make this a very long night The days chores all done, I sat in my chair, my mind flashing back to :the Miracle", "comeback", Jim Kelly and Steve McNair Game day is tomorrow, Christmas Eve day, I sat and wondered why this is when our teams play With visions of touchdowns dancing in my head, Losman to Evans and Willis running by, in streaks of blue and red I finally settled down to sleep, ready for noon ......(central time here) hoping that the morning would come soon Nodding off only one thing I could think; Now that we are both good, would this have been easier if we both still stink? Tomorrow will come and our teams will play, but win or lose, lets not lose sight of this day Merry Christmas to all, no matter who you cheer, and win or lose, I will enjoy the beer! Go Bills!
