The Big Cat Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 you've gotta be kidding -- I counted about 8 miami misdirection plays in the first half. 869708 during that first drive that they actually ran the ball quite well, Miami showed us just about every run variety out there: up the gut, toss to the outside, misdirection, draw, fb run, reverses...Murlarkey was getting really cute and getting away with it. then it stopped working.
NEEDFREDJACKSONNOW Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 i think they were forcing his resignation by putting him in such a lame duck position 869634 I wonder if Marv told him "Look, meathead, I'm gonna call the plays from my GM box and you better run them like I say or you will be fired for insubordination...."
EC-Bills Posted December 18, 2006 Posted December 18, 2006 Forums like that make me appreciate TSW even more No ads No huge avatars No ugly signature blocks taking up 10 times the space as the actual post 869691 I am with you. Although it is fun posting over there.
5 Wide Posted December 18, 2006 Posted December 18, 2006 Those were tough conditions for the offenses to operate today. Fairchild got bailed out with a couple big plays today. Mularkey did a good job at keeping the Bills defense off balance all day. They got shutout, but were only 5-6 plays away from putting up 30 points. Remember 6 years ago when he made Kordell Stewart good. Mularkey is a good coach. /Simon
