Maybe they're not called croissants. They're rectangular shaped and filled with Nutella I believe. Anyways, they're !@#$ing great. I used to have one everyday but I started to put on weight so i limit myself to once every 2-3 weeks.

No, the have croissants here, just not chocolate ones, haven't seen anything like that here yet.

Actually, I meant the chocolate danishes. Those are really good. The croissants are a step lower but are good as well.

Ok, I think they do have chocolate danishes here, never had them though, not really my favorite things

Agreed, but certainly not caused by a "sugar" high.. :lol:

 

The long-gone Freddie's Doughnuts on Main St. were tops. And Jul's Bakery on Kenmore Ave.
