These non-sell outs wouldn't concern me so much in terms of the Bills leaving Buffalo.  The thing that would concern me in the revenue sharing that Wilson is lobbying for.  If the NFL doesn't figure out a real way of sharing revenue with the small market teams the Bills won't be able to survive and a move (perhaps to Toronto) wouldn't be that far-fetched.

They have. They know how they're doing it, they know how much it's going to be (approximately 100 mil a year, increasing to about 200 mil a year by the end of the CBA). The only thing they don't know is who is going to get it. Ralph was worried about a few of the rumors (like new ownership) that would keep Buffalo from getting a full share of the 100 million, which would start out about 6-7 mil per year for the Bills and increase to 12+ mil per year over 6 years. Tagliabue and Goodell told Ralph and Shumer don't worry about it, you will get it, but Ralph doesn't trust them. That's what this whole thing is about.
