aussiew
I watched it. I cried. It was so awesome to see people work so hard to reach their goals. And I'm still still whining about the 30 pounds I cant seem to lose. I'm embarrassed.

Hmmm, now THAT, my friends, is must see TV. 866885 In the annals of reality TV, there are far worse concepts. If overweight people are going to sit and watch TV, it's much better they watch other people lose weight (and maybe themselves be inspired to) than watch Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritche muck a pig sty or something... Yeah, right. 866912 I bet there's at least two people who watch the show, and are inspired to work out and eat right for a month. Maybe even six weeks. However long it is until the season premire of "American Idol".
