Arkady Renko Posted December 11, 2006 Posted December 11, 2006 If you watched PTI, it is hilarious how they referenced the Bills. 1. Jags would be great if they hadn't lost to teams like the Texans and Bills (i.e., played down the competition). 2. Since the Colts turned 9-0 (when the Bills almost beat them by 1 point and showed how to slow them down) they have played poorly. 3. Wilbon couldn't believe how the Jets blew it against the Bills and played so poorly at home against that team. Gee, maybe the Bills actually are a good team on the rise rather than a poor team that good teams blow it against?
Rico Posted December 11, 2006 Posted December 11, 2006 Schein & Solly on Sirius had nothing but great things to say about the Bills... they gave JP, Schobel, Peters, Evans, Willis, Fletcher, Clements, Roscoe, Jauron, and JMac major props.
Kelly the Dog Posted December 11, 2006 Posted December 11, 2006 It means less than zero but today Tony Dungy said that the Colts recently beat the Bills "who are playing as well as anyone now".
Arkady Renko Posted December 11, 2006 Author Posted December 11, 2006 I just hate how the Dolphins are getting so much more respect than the Bills despite them having the same record. I guess maybe more people will notice the Bills if they beat the Dolphins this week.
IDBillzFan Posted December 11, 2006 Posted December 11, 2006 You know what's funny? If you spend any time on NFL.com, you can almost always figure out who's about to implode. The minute Donovan McNabb has a couple of good games, someone is writing that he should be MVP. Shortly thereafter, he's losing, and then he's gone. One day there's an article asking who can possibly stop Indy, and then they lose to Tennessee and get pummeled by Jacksonville. One day there's an article asking who can possibly stop Chicago, and a bad Miami team destroys them. One day there's an article that the Jets are for real and Mangina is king, and we kick their ass. One day there's a story about the Dallas Cowboys being the toast of the NFC, and then they're so embarrassed that they actually have to kneel down to run out the clock at home in a game in which they were down by 24. Frankly, I hope no one ever notices this team.
