Do you bench a QB who has brought your team to 10-2?

With those stats it's pretty clear that it's not the QB that got the Bears to 10-2.

Extremely tough question. In this particular instance (Grossman) I say yes. Grossman has been responsible for 18 turnovers in the last 4 games. Let's also not forget that Buffalo and Arizona each had about 4 dropped int's on him.

Grossman consistenly makes correctable errors, he misreads defenses and makes horrible (not even remotely "risky") throws into double and triple coverage. While I do believe that defense wins games I also believe that defenses cannot be expected to put up a majority of a teams points each week.

I bench him because the wheels have come off his wagon and his wagon just careened into a school bus and sent it flying off of a cliff. He has lost fan support but most importantly when Chicago loses a game in the next few weeks (and they will) he will lose the support of his teamates if he already hasn't.

Chicago with Grossman will not make it past their first playoff game.

On a side note JP's play is superior to his, just goes to show how valuable a supporting cast can be.

If it were my choice, I would.

He hasn't played a full season in lord knows when.

Maybe he's battle fatigued.

Where's General Patton when you have a soldier that needs a good slap?
