Tells them they don't think they have a shot of winning. You gotta let the,m players have a chance to make plays Dick. THROW THE BALL 60 YARDS DOWN THE FIELD TO ANDRE DAVIS AND IF IT GETS INTERCEPTED THEN IT'S AS GOOD AS A PUNT. HELL, IT'S BETTER THE WAY MOORMAN IS PLAYING TODAY.
