Nanker
NFL Cheerleaders will get paid when they start giving scholarships to college for cheerleading. While we're at it, why doesn't the marching band and color guard get paid for doing their hobby? Gee, the Unions are missing out here too. Lots of workers - "working" for nothing. And of course, the governments are getting screwed - all that value-add labor and no tax revenue to show for it. Let's not forget about the taxpayers who are in the seats and also watching from home. THEY're contributing taxes to the system and the Cheerleaders are not. It's an outrage, I tell you - an OUTRAGE! Come to think of it, there's lots of room for the Class Action lawyers to make hay. They'd put the NFL out of business in a heartbeat. This thread's premise reminds me of the Toll Takers on the NJ Turnpike who went on strike a few years back in order to get profit sharing! BillnutinHouston
Isn't there a long line of wanna-be's waiting to get into every NFL team's cheerleader tryouts? As long as this is the case, what's the problem?
Pirate Angel
They can get a cheerleading squad without spending money so why pay them. If they actually have to be talented they wouldnt all have to be hot. Do you think people are watching the Dallas Cowboys cheerleading making the team show because there interested in cheerleading, its probly the worst show ever but im not quick to change the channel
