They are pretty interesting -- especially in hindsight. Here is the Scouts Inc. scouting report for JP from 2004: Excellent arm strength, gets terrific velocity on his downfield passes. But his inconsistent timing as a passer is a concern. Doesn't have great presnap recognition skills, and has problems reading defenses. Doesn't see the whole field all the time and lacks patience in the pocket. Will need some good coaching and time to develop his ability to see the entire field and his patience in the pocket.
