I've seen it called before, but I don't think it SHOULD be called. Didn't hit him in the head, didn't try to kill him on the hit, so I think it was good. It wasn't vicious, but you've got to protect the QBs, everyone knows the rules and making those calls keeps defenders from pushing the envelope.
