buffalobillsfootball Posted November 19, 2006 Posted November 19, 2006 Can someone explain the lack of intensity and conservatism in the second half? So frustrating.

Up by three, on the road, defense has given up 14 and can't stop the run, less than 2 minutes in the half, you have the ball and three time-outs... ...try to score? Nah, why bother. That pretty much sums up this team.
daquixers_is_back Posted November 19, 2006 Posted November 19, 2006 My only guess is that Jauron is scared that our defense was so tired that their was no way they could stop the Texans if we didnt run most of the clock out.

We have the lead and get the ball back to start the 3rd. So, why not just run out the clock. On one hand, I can see the logic. On the other, I think it shows a definitive lack of balls.
