Didn't Jonas Jennings turn into a while guy a couple years ago?

The assessment of Jp to date is one I can't disagree with. Lets hope we see a lot more out of him on Sunday, and he can move up a bit in the ranking.

Eric in Va Posted November 16, 2006 Posted November 16, 2006 Picture is wrong...big deal....let's read what they say about JP and his peers that are soooo much better.... Vince Young.... To protect Young against the aggressive Ravens defense, Tennessee went to a run-oriented offense (38 carries); Young's passes were mediocre, but he scrambled well and played with adequate results. Matt Lienhart.... He really seems to be regressing each week as he continues to take a pounding and is forced to run for his life behind an inept Arizona OL. He has five INTs in the past three games as Cardinals were embarrassed at home against Dallas. Alex Smith... His numbers in an unexpected road win at Detroit were not flashy -- 14-for-20 for 136 yards with no TDs and no INTs -- but the run game with Frank Gore was the reason San Francisco won. OVERALL.....All of the young QBs are stinking up the joint. Hopefully JP sees the light in the second half and comes out to play next year as a veteran with some battle experience.....

mike1011 Posted November 16, 2006 Posted November 16, 2006 Those rankings are fairly accurate, sadly.

East Brady Posted November 16, 2006 Posted November 16, 2006 But But But Leinart would have done soooo much better behind this line, it's all the QB.

Otherwise, you're just comparing him against other poor QBs to almost justify the fact that he sucks. You say"all young quarterbacks are stinking up the joint" the fact is they are not - see #2 on your list.
ACor58 Posted November 16, 2006 Posted November 16, 2006 How dare ESPN rank JP 29th. ESPN must be stupid, or morons, or negative. If ESPN doesn't like JP then they should go root for another team. Don't they know that his offensive line, his wide receivers, his coaches, and lack of sufficient mens bathrooms at RWS are the reason why he is not playing well.
