1995: Frerotte (11), Shuler (5)

1996: Frerotte (16)

1997: Frerotte (13), Jeff Hostetler (3)

1998: Trent Green (14), Frerotte (2)

2004: Mark Brunell (9), Ramsey (7)

2005: Brunell (15), Ramsey (1)

2006: Brunell (9), Jason Campbell (???)

My initial reaction was - Holy S, but then I starting thinking about ours - although I can't seem to find any resources online to show this breakdown, so I am hoping you all could throw it together easier than I could.

Here are the names I came up with since 1993:

Jim Kelly

Alex Van Pelt

Todd Collins

Billy Joe Hobert

Doug Flutie

Rob Johnson

Drew Bledsoe

Shane Matthews

J.P Losman

Kelly Holcomb

Am I missing anyone - ???

Did Matthews or Hobert ever start? I don't think so.

Maybe not, but I thought Hobert had a start in NE that he didn't even prepare for... My "sometimers" could be kicking in...

Nope. He came off the bench and since he wasn't starting didn't study the playbook and hence failed and was cut.

Contrasted with our situation, it's not as if the Redskins didn't have some quality guys there: Gannon, Trent Green, Gus Frerotte, and Brad Johnson. Those guys all left the Redskins and went on to have some success--with Trent Green being a perennial 4000-yard passer, Gannon a league MVP, and Johnson (still playing) a Super Bowl winner. I would argue that Frerotte even had some decent success with the Fins and as a back-up (broncos?).

Our list? Only Flutie has had any success.
