Maybe Travis Henry is the best RB in the game?

and his stats:

142 Carries / 586 Yards / 4 TD / 2 Runs of 20+ / 27 First Downs / Long of 30

and compare him to Willis (Self proclaimed best back in the game)

154 Carries / 579 Yards / 1 TD / 2 Runs of 20+ / 29 First Downs / Long of 32

WOW! And to think Henry is a throwaway player!

Henry's team sucks, Willis' team sucks. Henry has no line. Willis has no line. Henry's QB is subpar. Willis' QB is subpar. Make all the excuses you want. Henry caught him.

LOL Here's hoping Rosenhaus works in our favor and holds Willis out and we get picks for him. Come on Drew, be the asswipe we all know you can be.

Maybe then, we can pick some lineman, and plug in any RB.

Two quick points.

1. You do remember how henry did here in 2004 when he lost his job to willis and how willis did that year correct?

Ok now about your stats. Looking at the surface you have a point then all of a sudden you look up stats and realize willis faced the #3 rushing defense twice, #12 rush defense, #28th rush defense, #1 rush defense, #10 rush defense, and #25 rush defense. I didn't count the packers game but gb is the #7 rush defense.

So Mcgahee faced 5 top 12 rush defenses counting the pats who are the #3 rush defense twice and 2 bottom tier defenses All with the #31 passing offense in the league.

Oh How art thou Henry has faced the #12 rush defense, #32 rush defense, #17, #27, #14, and #2 rush defense.

So Henry faced 2 top 12 rush defenses and 4 bottom 15 run defenses.

My point is the stats aren't all that dissimilar with McGahee facing better competition. How about instead of getting rid of the decent players we happen to have we worry about improving the lines and thus probably increasing the performance level of our skill players? I don't get some peoples logic that that they can get rid of good players magically fill the lines, and somehow find a decent player to fill another hole. Why create more holes when you don't have to?

The last year Henry played here, Willis McGahee played like an pro-bowl RB ... it was a no-brainer.

The last year that Steve Fairchild was the running backs coach for Greggo, Henry was IN the Pro Bowl.

Give it a rest. Rosenhaus is a good agent...if it weren't for TO he wouldn't even have a bad rep.

McGahee is the better all around back.
