My Take On The Game

1. Watched the game from Jeffrey's Sports Bar in Suwanee, GA, home to 111 TVs.

2. The baby back ribs were very tasty.

3. After about 7 minutes were gone in the 1st quarter, they found the feed to the Bills game.

4. The feed came from Nashville. Frank Wycheck was doing color. :w00t:

5. The waitresses at Jeffrey's were wearing short shorts :P ,

which unfortunately were very distracting throughout the game.

6. All the penalties really sucked, not only for showing lack of discipline, but they really made it hard to watch the game.

7. Drew looked OK, but I sure would've liked to see him get a TD in the red zone (definitely not all his fault).

8. MW looked OK most of the time, but was a turnstile on a couple plays OLE. :(

I'd give him some slack because he's out of shape, but the turd should've been in camp, so he gets no slack from me.

He sure does take up a lot of space though... all he has to do is fall forward & you're guaranteed at least 1 positive yard.

9. Willis is nice to have in the red zone, but he's definitely not ready to take TH's job.

10. Throwing on 3rd-and-inches, WTF?!?!

11. D got ran on, but I'm not worried, they'll be ready come Week 1.

12. At the end of the game, they showed the Music City Miracle highlight.

Wycheck was laughing. :I starred in Brokeback Mountain:

13. All in all, not too worried about anything other than TH's ribs, hope he's OK.

14. Saw Collateral at the late show, BIG thumbs up!

10. Throwing on 3rd-and-inches, WTF?!?! w00t.gif

I think that was okay, given it was only "inches," which is what Tasker and Marv were saying. "You're probably going to get it on fourth down, and you surely ARE going for it on fourth down, so why not take a shot." They said 3rd and a full yard, and you would probably run it, but it was truly "just inches."

The ensuing penalty made this a moot point anyway.

Sorry I missed the short shorts...
