I thought the rules changed this year. 835156[/snapback] Don't quote me, but I believe a non-BCS confernece team is only 'BCS-eligible' if they finish in the top-12, and 'BCS-automatic' if they finish in the top-8. If Notre Dame loses to USC and finishes ranked 11th in the BCS, and Boise State is undefeated and finishes 10th, I think we can imagine which team one of the major BCS bowls would woo.
