We have not been good in years, are bad this year,have very few top 25% players ,will loose at least 2 decent starters (NC and Fletcher) 2) We will hit big in Free Agency. Not many will be available, everybody has money and Buffalo is not a top destination. We need to focus on 1 or 2 good second tier FA and aggressively get them right away. WE need more draft picks (trade down and we should have traded NC if we are not going to keep him). We better extend the decent players we have way in advance(WM,LE).
