CircleTheWagons Posted October 6, 2004 Posted October 6, 2004 I've posted previously that I have agreed with TD on almost every decision he's made, so I'm not bashing him. Do you think he puts too much emphasis on irrelevant intangibles, such as "will this guy squak to the press?" or "will he be a good role model?" or "will he question my authority?" or "Will this guy hold out?" I think we have a solid organization from top to bottom with as few player problems as almost anyone in the league. WHO CARES! Maybe these intangibles led to drafting Mike Williams over McKinnie and perhaps a few others. Is it important to have a "quality" organization or is winning the only thing? I used to think "how you play" was important, now I just want the Bills to be winners. If that makes TD's job tougher, well, that's why he gets the big bucks.
