KD in CA
With Hasselback on the shelf, I thought I was covered with Carr as a solid backup. But the first week I need him he gets pulled and this week he has to go up against the red hot Giants. Meanwhile, Seneca Wallace is available, had a reasonable game last week and is playing the Raiders. Should I play match up here or stick with Carr? After all, he'll probably need to throw a lot to have a shot vs. the G-men.
BuffOrange
That's a close one; I'd probably stick with Carr. Like you said, he'll be throwing a lot and the Raiders D even before last week hasn't been nearly as bad as you might think.

CFLstyle
Carr should bounce back nicely, he's your best bet.
