ExiledInIllinois Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 In my experience it ain't the bed, it's the mattress. But then, I can sleep nearly anywhere. A hardwood floor, a car, up a tree, a cement slab. So what the hell would I know? 818862 Exactly!! Me too...
JimS Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 I have had a platform bed with a Tempur-Pedic for over a year and a half. It's a great set-up for sleeping and looks cool too. Everyone comments on "how different" it is. I got the platform bed at Overstock. Jim
GoodBye Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 You know my taste The El Paso and Sandria were the two I was looking at. I'd go with the oak frame, double slats, and extra long full size 818802 Yep, double slats will make the headboard even more durable. The only problem I see with the El Paso in a small room is you may not be able to use the drawers...if that matters to you.

I didn't even think about checking at overstock, so I appreciate the suggestion
