stuckincincy
This is a hotel-office-condo building. The British developer who wants to build it is the same guy who recently bought the Statler building and is starting an $80 million dollar makeover of that property. If this guy does these 2 projects, I think we may see more things happening downtown. The biggest part of this deal is that there is no talk of public money involved in the project. Git R' done! 817047 Does anybody know who this British developer is?

The Senator
Between that giant arch, the new bridge to Canada, the Adelphia tower, and now this tower, we're well on our way to a pretty awesome make-believe city. 817654 That's how we pass the day away, in the merry old land of... ExiledInIllinois
Look real nice while one is speeding along the 190 at 60 miles an hour right past it on their way to the Falls... Not that I don't like it... How can this be anything but rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. My point is that there needs to be other issues addressed first.
