BillnutinHouston Posted October 6, 2004 Posted October 6, 2004 Don't think TD isn't thinking about it. At least you know he's had some decent coaching.
stevestojan Posted October 6, 2004 Posted October 6, 2004 Can't be any worse than Wire? Yeah, because NewEngland is known for giving away their best talent and keeping their worst... just look at Tom Brady </sarcasm>
PIZ Posted October 6, 2004 Author Posted October 6, 2004 Apparently he's the guy that whiffed on Terrance McGee's KO TD. Maybe Wire is better.
Hollywood Donahoe Posted October 6, 2004 Posted October 6, 2004 Apparently he's the guy that whiffed on Terrance McGee's KO TD. Maybe Wire is better. 58916 Indeed he is. Pathetic job of tackling. When your only real job is to make special teams tackles and you whiff THAT badly, you should be fired. And yes, Wire is better. Remember at the end of the Super Bowl last year, when Carolina just kept pass-pass-passing their way to the end zone? Wilson and Harrison were out, and Mayer was one of the replacements. He sucks. He wouldn't have even made the team if Guss Scott hadn't been IRed.

Hollywood Donahoe Posted October 6, 2004 Posted October 6, 2004 Hate to break it to you HD, but the Patriots were getting smoked BEFORE Wilson and Harrison went out. 59020 No argument there. The secondary played poorly all through the second half, but got even worse when Harrison and Wilson were lost to injury.

Just saying that even WITH them in there, they weren't exactly playing well.
Rico Posted October 6, 2004 Posted October 6, 2004 Apparently he's the guy that whiffed on Terrance McGee's KO TD. 58916 Hats off to BB for dumping poor performers before they can become whipping boys. TD, I hope you're paying attention.

TD, I hope you're paying attention. 59347 Yeah, BB really went out on a limb there. Mayer was a street FA. And with the zebras doing everything they could to ensure the Pats won, the return TD meant little in the end.
Hollywood Donahoe Posted October 6, 2004 Posted October 6, 2004 And with the zebras doing everything they could to ensure the Pats won... 59356 It's amazing...to hear you tell it, the Bills have never lost a game because the other team just played better.
