LevysEraII
Here's a quick breakdown position by position of the Bills roster the way I see it QB: Losman. Has all the physical tools. Needs a better offensive line. The one area he is lacking, and it's a biggie, is in his head. He is way too high strung for the position. Even if he did have a great O-Line he still might not be able to overcome his inability to play well in the clutch. We need a replacement. RB: McGahee. The one guy on the team that would excel with another team and play even better than he does with the Bills. He would truly benefit from some real good lineman. He can be a 1600 yard back. WR: So far, Lee isn't an elite WR. He can be, with a better QB and Line. Everyone else is just role players. Parrish can be good. Buffalo needs a 6'4" WR that can dominate in the red zone. TE: Royal, when given an opportunity, has shown he can be a good all-around tight end. He's more of a blocker because of our poor O-line. OL: Biggest problem area. Peters is only real talent. Everyone else needs to go. This team needs to spend big on the O-Line this offseason. DL: Schobel and Tripplett are legit. Kelsay is getting better. This team really needs a mammoth DT. LB: Spikes is on the decline, Crowell is a player but he needs a better DL to keep the O-Line off of him. London is a warrior that seen his better days. This area needs retooling. DB: Clements, McGee, Whitner and Simpson can become a great unit. This area can be left alone as long as Clements is re-signed. K & P: We're all set as long as Buffalo re-signs Lindell. This team is 2 to 3 more years away from competing. Too many areas of need on this team. A QB, 2 to 3 offensive lineman, a WR, a DT and a couple of linebackers. That's a lot to ask for in one or two offseasons. I just hope the Bills make a real effort in the offseason to shore up the weak spots on this team.
